• Write clean, maintainable code with testing, debugging, and code reviews as part of the development process

• Experience with JavaScript and modern frontend development

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
• Familiarity with Git, collaborative development, and code review practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and a collaborative mindset
• Interest in using AI tools to improve software development and productivity

Nice to Have

• Experience deploying applications on Cloudflare (Workers, Wrangler, OpenNext)
• Experience integrating with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, or similar platforms
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar technologies
• Familiarity with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI agent architectures
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
