This role is ideal for a senior commercial professional who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and client relationships, and who enjoys building new markets and high-impact partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic business development and new account acquisition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (Managers, Directors, and C-level executives).
  • Lead the design and negotiation of commercial proposals and contracts.
  • Own sales pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue growth.
  • Translate complex technological solutions into clear business value for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and technical teams to co-create tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategy and go-to-market messaging.

Ideal Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in technology-related commercial roles.
  • Strong background in consultative or solution-based sales.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with enterprise clients.
  • Active professional network and proven relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and flexibility.
  • Based in Mexico City with availability for in-person meetings and client visits.
